Job Summary (List Format) for Oracle Product Ops Manager / Technical Manager:
- Lead technical delivery and operations for Oracle enterprise applications, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/Financials), EPM Cloud, and FDI reports.
- Drive technical strategy and provide hands-on leadership in solution design, architecture, and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate closely with tech leads, senior developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful technical delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders, functional SMEs, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-application and integration issues using strong analytical skills.
- Make informed decisions by evaluating multiple technical solutions considering scalability, maintainability, cost, and timelines.

- Work 100% remotely, supporting a client based in Edison, NJ, USA.
- Required skills: 14+ years of IT experience, strong expertise in Oracle SaaS - Finance, Oracle Fusion Cloud (preferably ERP/Financials), and experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI.
