Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Oracle PL SQL Developer for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will build and optimize scalable database solutions while supporting ETL processes and data engineering initiatives.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $46/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Oracle PL SQL Developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and database objects.

• Build and optimize scalable data warehouse solutions to support reporting and analytics requirements.

• Develop and support ETL processes for efficient data integration, transformation, and loading activities.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database performance issues while ensuring data integrity and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical database solutions.

• Perform database tuning, code reviews, and implement best practices to improve system performance and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Development with strong PL/SQL programming expertise.

• Experience developing and supporting ETL processes, with exposure to tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or similar ETL platforms preferred.

• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data modeling, and database performance tuning.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour
