Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Database Developer with Exadata
Location: Charlotte, NC (Open to relocation applicants as well)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our database development team. The role will focus on developing and maintaining Oracle database solutions, writing complex PL/SQL code, and optimizing SQL queries for high-performance data processing. The candidate will also support production applications, troubleshoot database issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work closely with business users, QA, architects, and production teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Top Three skills:

• Oracle PL/SQL Development – Packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects
• Exadata
• SQL Performance Tuning – Query optimization, execution plans, indexing, and troubleshooting slow queries
• Production Support & RCA – Issue resolution, root-cause analysis, releases, deployments, and change management

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63 – $64 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
