Job Title: Oracle Payroll Costing & Accounting Functional Consultant
Location: Remote + 10%-20% Travel in month (2-3 Days) to DC (Expenses Paid)

Job Description
" We are looking for a functional lead with deep experience in Oracle payroll costing / accounting (US payroll) who can help retire the legacy custom costing process and configure standard payroll-to-GL costing. This is a hands-on functional role
" Multiple Oracle Cloud payroll implementations with a focus on payroll costing / accounting (US payroll).
" Hands-on experience configuring standard Oracle payroll-to-GL costing (cost allocation, cost hierarchies, subledger accounting) not custom-built costing processes.
" Experience helping a client retire a legacy/custom costing process in favor of standard functionality.
" Comfortable working hands-on in the system directly rather than purely advising.
" Experience working alongside or overseeing an offshore delivery team.
