Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead to lead the end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). The ideal candidate will act as a functional expert and trusted client advisor, driving learning transformation initiatives, compliance enablement, and Oracle Fusion HCM Learning implementations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions.
  • Configure learning catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, and learning journeys.
  • Define learning architecture, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Manage data migration and integrations with Oracle Core HR and Talent modules.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party content providers.
  • Develop OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
  • Provide guidance on HDL, HCM Extracts, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, lead client workshops, and provide functional consulting.

Qualifications:

  • 8 15 years of Oracle HCM / HR Technology experience.
  • 10+ years as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead.
  • Experience with at least 3 Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
  • Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning & Development business processes, compliance training, and certification management.
  • Healthcare industry implementation experience is preferred.
  • Strong client-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Learning Cloud Certification is preferred.
  • Experience with LMS migration and LXP integrations is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
