Job Description:
"We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Manufacturing Techno-Functional Lead** to lead the design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and support of Oracle Manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Production Planning processes along with technical capabilities in Oracle development, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
The Oracle Manufacturing Techno-Functional Lead will work closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient manufacturing solutions supporting business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead Oracle Manufacturing implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support initiatives.
- Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into Oracle-based solutions.
- Conduct workshops with Production, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Design end-to-end manufacturing processes aligned with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
- Drive manufacturing transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide solution recommendations.
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Configuration Documents, and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Provide leadership to functional consultants, technical developers, and business users.
- 10+ years of Oracle Manufacturing experience.
- 5+ years as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Multiple end-to-end Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations.
- Proven experience leading global manufacturing transformation projects.
- Experience working with large manufacturing enterprises."
