Description

Constellation Search Group is looking for an Oracle Integration Manager for a full-time direct hire position. This role is pivotal in leading the strategy, design, and performance of integrations across the enterprise ecosystem. The Oracle Integration Manager will own critical connections between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal/third-party platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across various functional areas such as Finance, HCM, and SCM.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP services, file-based flows, and event-driven patterns.
  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, banks, tax providers, CRM, WMS, and other key systems.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance data exchange across platforms.
  • Monitor integrations, resolve errors, and optimize performance.
  • Lead migration and lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
  • Maintain integration standards, documentation, and runbooks.
  • Continuously assess new Oracle Integration Cloud and Fusion features to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in enterprise integrations, with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Strong experience in integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, SFTP, and scheduled processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed.
