MUST:
Experienced Oracle Hyperion Functional Analyst
Must have an Active Secret Clearance
6+ plus years of Oracle Hyperion experience
Experience with Oracle Technologies including Data Relationship Management (DRM) Suite and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) in an AWS Cloud environment
Experience in a federal/DoD environment supporting Hyperion Financial Management implementations, designs, and operations OSD or AF PPBE experience
Government budget/financial systems experience
Agile process experience required
Experience working with a CI/CD pipeline
Use in-depth knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle to support the design and development of the PBES application
Experience with the integration of Oracle business systems with Hyperion business intelligence capabilities
Assist in functional testing
Sec+ certification required

DUTIES:
Provide service desk support for Tier 2 & 3
Perform as a business systems analyst, evaluating current and to-be business processes for implementation with the system architecture and design.
Perform data analytics to research user and reporting issues and financial validations.
Perform application software design based on new requirements.
Use in-depth knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle to support the design and development of the PBES application.
Support for the integration of Oracle business systems with Hyperion business intelligence capabilities.
Assist in functional testing
In this role you will perform as the senior Oracle Hyperion functional analyst/business systems analyst providing development, operational, and sustainment support which ensures that the system is fully functional and available.

The successful candidate will plan, conduct, and/or contribute to research and design activities.

Will also contribute to research and design activities.
Must have the ability to learn the business and data process flow through the applications and be able to perform data analytics in support of financial, reporting, and data validation research
