Description

IDR is seeking a Oracle HCM Functional Lead to join one of our top clients in the metro Atlanta area. This is a 100% onsite position and our client is looking for someone to start ASAP!

This role is focused on supporting and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, specifically in Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor. The position involves partnering with business users, vendors, Oracle, and technical teams to configure solutions, support ongoing operations, and manage quarterly releases and testing.

Position Overview for the Oracle HCM Functional Lead:

  • Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement solutions
  • Lead testing, troubleshooting, and support for quarterly updates and enhancements
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems and ensure data security and compliance
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, customizations, and release management

Requirements for the Oracle HCM Functional Lead:

  • 5–7+ years of HCM experience with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor within Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • 5+ years as an HCM Functional Lead supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
  • 10+ years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, including custom fields and Fast Formulas
  • Experience leading full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment and testing
