Oracle HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll and hands-on experience in payroll processing, payroll integrations, and withholding information management. If Fidelity experience is unavailable, candidates with strong Oracle Payroll expertise and a solid understanding of incorporating employee withholding information into the Oracle Payroll system will also be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll and hands-on experience in payroll processing, payroll integrations, and withholding information management. Experience working with Fidelity payroll feedback files is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle HCM with a focus on the Oracle Payroll module.
• Manage and support Oracle Payroll processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Work with Fidelity payroll feedback files and ensure accurate processing of payroll-related information.
• Incorporate and manage employee withholding information within the Oracle Payroll system.
• Analyze payroll feedback files, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Support payroll testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Oracle Payroll experience, with 10+ years of overall relevant experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Payroll.
• Experience working with Fidelity payroll feedback files is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and the integration of withholding information into Oracle Payroll.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Preference

Candidates with direct Fidelity payroll feedback file experience will be preferred. If Fidelity experience is unavailable, candidates with strong Oracle Payroll expertise and a solid understanding of incorporating employee withholding information into the Oracle Payroll system will also be considered.
