Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Provide strong expertise across:
Core HR
Payroll
Talent Management
Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences and HR operations.
Leverage Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants to support intelligent HR processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure Oracle HCM workflows based on business requirements.
Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions to support workforce planning and HR analytics.
Support predictive workforce planning and data-driven HR decision-making.
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Mentor junior consultants and guide them on technical and functional best practices.
Support change management and user adoption activities.
Lead solution delivery within Agile environments and ensure successful project execution.
