Position Title: Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management Consultant
Location: Dayton, OH. Remote with required travel for initial weeks.

Job description:
The Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management Consultant will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud PLM solutions, leading functional design efforts, and ensuring that the solutions align with business goals. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to mentor team members. The consultant will also be involved in data migration, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant Oracle SCM/ERP experience with 4 years of Oracle Cloud PLM implementation experience.
• Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management certified. Related Oracle Cloud or EBS certifications will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Expertise, including Product Development and Product Hub (PIM) component.
• Experience in 2-3 Oracle Cloud PLM implementation projects.
• Ability to configure the application and test end to end for Product Lifecycle Management.
• Excellent understanding of integrating Oracle Fusion applications with external systems using various integration options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform, etc.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

• Experience with system automation to enhance user-friendliness.
• Experience working with legacy systems for closing month-end, quarter-end, and/or year-end critical activities.

• Lead the functional design efforts for Oracle Cloud PLM, including gathering and analyzing business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle PLM and related Oracle module touchpoints to support PLM activities.
• Coordinate master data configuration/alignment for items, BOMs across multiple business entities.
• Lead pilot rollouts to verify item master’s before full-scale rollout.
• Define and execute the PLM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and design solutions for integrating Oracle Cloud PLM with other applications and systems.
• Lead system testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution.
• Handle Data Migration and Hypercare production support activities.
• Contribute to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and other documentation methods.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing recommendations and insights on optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support client's change management program and initiatives.
• Experience leading workstreams in high-velocity, iterative delivery environments.
