- 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Implementation, Support and Enhancement Projects.
- Responsible for understanding the client's Incentive Plans and working with them to deliver end to end IC Implementation from requirement gathering to designing and rolling out.
- Should be able to scope, negotiate, design, implement and test changes.
- In-Depth understanding of Incentive Compensation data (Transactions, Participants, Users etc.), Rules (Credit Rules, Classification Rules, Participant Assignment Rules) and Processes.
- Good hands on experience in Configuring Compensation Plans in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation and creating user defined queries, value sets based on SQL.
- Must have good SQL skills.
- Good experience in implementing end to end ICM projects from Initial Setups (setting BU, Calendar, Intervals, DFFs, Custom Rule Qualifiers etc. to configuring rules, plans and generating payments.
- Good experience in Import Management (Users Import, Participant Details Import, Transactions Import, Goals Import).
- Analyzing and Resolving Oracle Incentive Compensation Production Issues.
- Experience in working on Security and Roles (Resource roles, Job roles etc.)
- Exposure to Oracle Quarterly Patching process and Instance Refreshes.
- Send Status reports & Participate in review meetings with Business/IT on a regular basis
- Effective Communication with Business and IT teams, Good analytical ability and be able to drive solution design. Anticipate client needs and offer them appropriate solution from time to time.
- Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP Reporting experience is preferred.
