Compensation Range: 70-80$/hr W2

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to take ownership of our live Oracle HCM environment. This is a high-priority backfill role requiring immediate impact, including knowledge transfer from a departing team member. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of supporting critical HR and payroll operations without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the Oracle Fusion HCM system from a technical and techno-functional perspective
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted payroll and HR operations
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems
- Develop and manage data extracts, reports, and interfaces
- Perform data loads and migrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to support ongoing operations and enhancements
- Support continuous improvements, legal mandates, and system enhancements in a mature, live environment (since 2017)
- Participate in knowledge transfer and ensure continuity during transition
- Provide off-hours or weekend support when required for critical processes
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Advanced skills in:
- SQL
- BI Publisher / OTBI
- Fast Formulas (critical requirement)
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Integration Experience (Highly Important)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Proven ability to:
- Extract data from Oracle HCM
- Transform and load data into downstream systems
Functional Knowledge
- Exposure to key Oracle HCM modules:
- Payroll
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management
- Oracle Learn
Environment
- Oracle HCM system live since 2017
