We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project-based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries.
Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Duration: Through 4/2/27
Location: Hybrid 2 days a week at any Deloitte office
Responsibilities:
- Partner with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and design modern HCM and data integration solutions.
- Plan and advise on advanced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud configurations and integrations.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and cloud best practices.
- Produce architecture documentation and participate in technical review boards. Guide development teams in adopting new integration patterns and platforms.
- Support high severity production issues with expert troubleshooting as needed.
- Post Cloud (SaaS) migration strategy planning
- Deep Solution architecture experience for ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion
- Experience leading a technical team
- Prior experience in SaaS / Cloud deployments with focus on ERP applications
- Overall familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is highly desirable
- Experience in creating post migration strategy
- Application Retirement Strategy
- Data Retention & Archive Strategy
- Audit, Compliance & Legal Readiness
- Historical Reporting Strategy
- Integration & Dependency Decommissioning
- Security & Access Transition
- Infrastructure & Technology Decommissioning
- Operations Readiness & Knowledge Transition
- Databricks experience
- Strong background in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, event driven architectures, CI/CD, and version control.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM, configurations, security, Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP/ADW highly desirable
- Azure cloud services (certifications a plus)
- Databricks, Kafka, Informatica IDMC, or similar data platforms
- IaC, scripting, and test automation
- GitHub, LeanIX
