Overview: Seeking a Senior Technical Lead with hands-on Oracle FDI expertise to own technical delivery, configuration, and custom development, while leading an offshore delivery team.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle FDI implementations
- Own FDI configuration, including data pipelines, semantic models, and prebuilt KPI/metric extensions
- Design and oversee custom development to extend FDI beyond out-of-box capabilities
- Manage and mentor an offshore delivery team, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
- Serve as technical escalation point for delivery issues and design decisions
- Coordinate with onshore functional/architecture leads to align technical execution with project scope
Required Qualifications:- Senior-level, hands-on Oracle FDI technical experience (configuration + custom development)
- Proven experience leading offshore delivery teams
- Strong understanding of FDI architecture (data integration, semantic layer, reporting/analytics layer)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and drive resolution
- Strong communication skills to bridge offshore execution with onshore/client stakeholders
