Location: Atlanta , GA 30339 ( Remote/ Hybrid - Any combination will work. If candidate is in Atlanta then Hybrid or 100 % remote with limited travel)

Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, Project Budgets, and Project Control.
• Good understanding of project financial management, accounting flows, cost collection, revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience with Cross Charge, Intercompany, and Multi-Currency project scenarios.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion PPM configurations and functional designs.
• Experience preparing Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user-facing documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Finance, Project Management, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion PPM functional solutions aligned with accounting and project financial processes.
• Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules based on approved business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows, test scenarios, and training/support documentation.
• Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, deployment preparation, and post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of PPM processes with Finance and project accounting functions.
• Provide functional guidance to business users and support process adoption through clear communication and issue resolution.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, requirement facilitation, documentation, analytical thinking, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
