About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to lead implementations, quarterly updates, and production support across Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate is a functional SME with deep expertise in Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH / Accounting Hub Cloud Service), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fusion Assets, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM), comfortable in an onshore-offshore delivery model. This role is hybrid, based in Arlington, TX, with 2 days onsite per week. Local Dallas–Fort Worth (Arlington) candidates only — no relocation.

- Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and be able to be onsite in Arlington 2 days per week. No relocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH / AHCS): source system registration, Account Derivation Rules (ADRs), Journal Line Rules, Mapping Sets, and the accounting event model.
- Configure Fusion Assets: asset additions and FBDI mass additions, depreciation, adjustments, transfers, retirements, and asset-to-GL reconciliation.
- Set up and support Fusion PPM (Project Costing/Billing), including capital projects and asset capitalization.
- Configure core Financials via Functional Setup Manager (FSM): enterprise structures, legal entities, ledgers, COA, and reporting currencies.
- Support GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Expenses across month-end/period close.
- Build data loads and reconciliations with FBDI and ADFdi; develop OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- Lead fit-gap, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and quarterly-update regression testing.
- Write/troubleshoot SQL for data validation and reconciliation; mentor offshore functional resources.
Required Qualifications
- Currently located in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and able to work onsite in Arlington 2 days per week (no relocation).
- 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Financials functional experience, with recent Fusion Cloud delivery (AP, AR, GL, Assets, CM, PPM).
- Hands-on expertise with Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and Subledger Accounting (SLA): ADRs, Journal Line Rules, Mapping Sets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Assets and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) / asset capitalization.
- Experience with FBDI/ADFdi data loads and OTBI / BI Publisher reporting.
- Experience leading fit-gap, SIT/UAT, cutover, period-close, and quarterly-update testing.
Preferred
- Oracle EBS R12 Financials background (migration/coexistence) a plus.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or EPM (EPBCS/FCCS/ARCS) exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
