    What You'll Do:

    Platform Support & Integration

    • Assist in the support and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud platform components, including integration configurations and environment administration.

    • Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP-based integrations and scheduled orchestration flows, under the guidance of senior team members.

    • Perform basic administration and monitoring tasks on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in support of ERP workloads.

    • Help document integration designs, data flows, and configuration decisions to support platform knowledge management.

    ERP Functional Support – SCM & P2P

    • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procure-to-Pay modules, including issue triage and resolution.

    • Develop familiarity with the integration points between ERP modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable) and external systems.

    • Assist with Oracle Fusion configuration changes, testing, and deployment in coordination with functional and technical teams.

    • Support quarterly Oracle Fusion release reviews by participating in impact assessments and regression testing activities.

    • Work with business stakeholders and senior engineers to understand requirements and assist in translating them into system configurations.

    Identity, Access & Security

    • Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities for Oracle Fusion platforms, including user provisioning, role assignments, and MFA configuration, following established processes and controls.

    • Assist in access reviews and help ensure configurations align with audit, compliance, and security requirements.

    • Follow Comcast's security and data governance standards when making configuration changes across Oracle Fusion environments.

    Process Standardization & Best Practices

    • Follow and help reinforce Oracle Fusion best practices and Comcast's process standards in day-to-day work.

    • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, runbooks, and support procedures.

    • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

    AI Awareness & Adoption

    • Develop awareness of Oracle's native AI capabilities embedded in Oracle Fusion Cloud (such as AI-assisted workflows and intelligent recommendations within SCM and P2P).

    • Support the team in evaluating and piloting Oracle AI features as directed by senior engineers and architects.

    • Show curiosity and willingness to learn about AI/automation opportunities in ERP processes — formal AI development experience is not at this level.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

    • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with exposure to SCM and/or P2P modules.

    • Basic working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - familiarity with integration concepts and experience supporting or building simple integrations.

    • Foundational understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts (compute, networking, IAM, storage).

    • Exposure to Oracle Fusion security concepts including role-based access control and basic IAM/MFA configurations.

    • Ability to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion configuration and integration issues with guidance from senior team members.

    • Understanding of common integration concepts such as REST APIs, SOAP, and file-based data exchange.

    • Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
