Oracle Functional Consultant

You will be the primary liaison between the clients, bringing functional depth across Oracle modules and structure to how work is prioritized and delivered. We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to serve as the onsite point of contact for a long-term managed services engagement.

Location- San Francisco, CA/Hybrid, must be able to work in a hybrid mode for 3-5 days in San Francisco, CA

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to serve as the onsite point of contact for a long-term managed services engagement. You will be the primary liaison between the clients, bringing functional depth across Oracle modules and structure to how work is prioritized and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across Oracle Field Service, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
• Explain and coordinate how modules integrate and exchange data, and troubleshoot cross-module issues.
• Own the EPM and PPM area, a high-touch area for the client, with a focus on resolving reporting issues.
• Establish a clear prioritization process and bring more structure to intake, tracking, and delivery.
• Act as the day-to-day liaison between client stakeholders and the Deloitte team, managing expectations for a hands-on, detail-focused client.
• Deliver work in line with Client Operate managed services policies and SLAs.
