Please note:
- We are not looking for traditional QA/Test Engineers whose Oracle experience is limited to testing activities on a few projects.
- Candidates should have a strong functional background and be capable of understanding complex Oracle business processes and implementations.

- Oracle Functional Consultant
- Oracle Business Analyst
- Functional Systems Analyst
- Oracle Implementation Consultant
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle SCM business processes, implementations, and integrations.
- Ability to quickly understand and evaluate client-specific Oracle environments and third-party system integrations.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and solution implementations.
- Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end test strategies, test plans, and business process validation scenarios.
- Experience building and maintaining comprehensive regression test suites to support ongoing releases and product quality.
- Ability to provide functional leadership and guidance to offshore QA teams responsible for test execution.
- Strong analytical skills to identify integration risks, edge cases, and business-critical scenarios to ensure complete and accurate validation.
