Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst
Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst to support financial systems and an ongoing Oracle Fusion implementation. This role works closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve financial processes, and support multiple Oracle Financials modules.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document financial processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Oracle Fusion Financials applications, including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and other financial modules.
- Analyze business needs and recommend solutions to improve financial operations and system functionality.
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Support the ongoing Oracle Fusion implementation, including system configuration, testing, and integrations.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and test plans.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing functional support to business users across multiple financial modules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a functional Business Analyst supporting enterprise financial applications.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Functional knowledge of multiple financial modules, such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or Cash Management.
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting financial processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or PeopleSoft-to-Oracle migrations preferred.
