Detailed Job Description:
"Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
"Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
"Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues.
"Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and work with L3 team for implementing the fix.
"Troubleshoot data load failures, reconciliation issues, consolidation errors, and reporting failures.
"Support security, user provisioning, workflow, and approval process issues.
"Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
"Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
