Job Title: Oracle EBS WMS Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Exton, PA 19330 (100% On-site - Relocation accepted)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS WMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience to drive end-to-end implementation, enhancements, support, and integration for warehouse operations. Based fully on-site in Exton, PA, this role bridges business requirements and technical solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x WMS, Inventory, Order Management, WIP, and Shipping modules.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Configuration & Support: Analyze business requirements to design, configure, and optimize core Oracle SCM/WMS modules (WMS, INV, OM, WSH, PO, WIP/BOM) for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
Technical Development & Troubleshooting: Design, build, and support PL/SQL packages, Java pages/routines, interfaces, reports, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on preproduction and production incidents.
Mobility & Hardware Integration: Configure and troubleshoot Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), RF devices, barcode scanners, and label printing integrations.
System Integration: Oversee end-to-end integration workflows connecting Oracle WMS with 3PL systems, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), warehouse automation, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Testing & User Adoption: Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and data migration/conversion tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ years overall in IT/Oracle SCM, with at least 5+ years dedicated hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.x WMS implementation, support, upgrades, and rollouts.
Must-Have Core Skill: Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS WMS.
Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java routines, interfaces, MSCA, RF Devices, and barcode integrations.
Soft Skills: Excellent functional communication to bridge business stakeholders, warehouse end-users, and technical delivery teams.
