Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to support a critical integration between an external procurement platform and Oracle EBS. You will combine hands-on development with functional expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, BI Publisher, PL/SQL and interfaces.

Description

As an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering solutions for a critical business project integrating an external procurement system with Oracle EBS. The position will focus heavily on designing, developing and testing upstream and downstream interfaces, alongside broader system enhancements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop Oracle EBS solutions across General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Develop and support integrations and interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Work extensively with BI Publisher and PL/SQL.
• Partner with end users to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and produce requirements and design documentation.
• Develop test scenarios and support unit testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Support Oracle Data Warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix.
• Package and release code into production.
• Work across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, documentation and implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed and offshore teams.

Profile

The successful candidate will bring:

• 10+ years of development experience with Oracle R12 EBS Applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS General Ledger and Accounts Payable, including interfaces.
• Advanced development experience with BI Publisher and PL/SQL.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from end users and leading workshops.
• Strong experience creating technical/functional design documents and test scenarios.
• Experience supporting unit testing and UAT.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing offshore teams.
• Oracle Data Warehouse and DataMart development experience using PL/SQL and Unix.
• Experience packaging and releasing code into production.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Job Offer

$80-$95 per hour
