RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field10+ years of Oracle EBS technical experienceStrong expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, and integrationsExperience with AWS-hosted applicationsKnowledge of federal security frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA)ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage system integrations (IPP, Treasury, Travel, G-Invoicing, etc.)Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, and custom applicationsLead patching, upgrades, and Oracle SR managementTroubleshoot data and interface issues across systemsOptimize system performance and reliabilitySupport deployment and release activitiesEnsure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and security standardsMaintain documentation and technical artifacts
