    Oracle EBS/Fusion - HR - Senior Manager
     
     
    Essential Functions of the Job:
    • Senior Managers are expected to participate meaningfully in:

    • Practice Development & Eminence
    • People Development
    Oracle EBS/Fusion HR senior professionals are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. You’ll be expected to function as integrators, bringing together process and technology solutions to solve business issues. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues.
     
    • A functional/technical professional with at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle EBS/Fusion implementations and 15 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
    • At least 12 -15 years of experience implementing Oracle HR.
    • Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as a Project Manager.
    • Strong experience in HR process design and leading design workshops.
    • Experience with the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor (OTL), Learning Management, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Compensation Workbench (CWB), i-Recruitment, Talent Management, Self Service and Labor Distribution.
    • Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
    • Strong Project Management, Configuration and Design skills.
