We are seeking experienced
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) & Cloud Specialists to support a major ERP Modernization and Cloud Transformation program in Washington, D.C.
This program involves upgrading, integrating, and maintaining
Oracle EBS R12.2.12 in an
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. We are building a high-performing technical and functional team and welcome senior candidates with core strengths across any of the following disciplines:
- Enterprise Solution Architecture & Governance
- Backend Database Administration (RAC, RMAN, ADOP)
- Middleware & Cloud Integration (OIC, ETL, REST/SOAP APIs)
- EBS Technical Development (RICEW, PL/SQL, Workflows, OAF)
- EBS Functional Domain Expertise (Financials, Procurement, Projects, SLA)
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your core expertise, responsibilities will include:
- Designing, modernizing, or configuring Oracle EBS R12.2.12 applications, subledgers (AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, PA), and accounting flows (SLA).
- Administering backend Oracle databases (12c/19c), high availability (RAC/Data Guard), and execution of ADOP/EBR online patching.
- Building and managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and PL/SQL ETL pipelines.
- Developing custom RICEW objects, PL/SQL packages, BI Publisher reports, and concurrent program frameworks compliant with 12.2 standards.
- Aligning solution designs with federal compliance, audit controls (SOX/SOD), and security-by-design standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12 / 12.2.x) in enterprise environments.
- Specialization: Core competency in at least one key domain: Solution Architecture, Backend DBA, OIC/Middleware Integration, RICEW Technical Development, or EBS Functional Configuration.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of ADOP online patching, OCI-hosted architectures, or OIC integration frameworks.
- Compliance: Proven experience operating within strict audit, security, and governance standards.
- Communication: Strong technical documentation capabilities (MD50/MD70, BRDs, architecture decision logs) and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Work Environment & Logistics
- Location: Washington, D.C. 20005 (Metro Center area).
- Schedule: Hybrid model requiring 2 days on-site per week and 3 days remote.
- Contract Type: C2C / Contract.
