Practitioners are required to have:
· 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
· At least 2 years of experience leading teams
· A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
· A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
You will be working within an engagement team and have responsibility for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.
If you have:
- At least 4 years’ experience implementing Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) modules
- A team lead or Project Manager on at least one full cycle implementation
- A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications
- Implementation experience with Oracle Release 12 (R12)
In addition, successful candidates will have the following preferred background:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- A Bachelor's Degree
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
