Oracle E-Business Suite Application Developer
Starting Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
The State Corporation Commissions (SCC) Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) division seeks an Oracle E-Business Suite Application Developer to serve as a technical lead for the SCC. The selected candidate for this position will serve as a subject matter expert and influencer in project meetings for applications and will provide thought leadership in meetings. The Application Developer will work across departments to deliver solutions on time and within scope. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (a mix of in-office and telework days each week) as well as training and professional development opportunities.
Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Executing applications development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
Evaluating business processes and procedures in the design of systems and development of business requirements, program specifications, system test plans, and process flow diagrams
Gathering and analyzing business requirements data through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications by utilizing Oracle application standards and tools
Consulting with staff to analyze procedures and identify issues
Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system
Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
Developing and updating systems documentation
Performing related work as required
