Oracle Developer with SQL

Introduction

The candidate for the Backend/ETL developer position will be responsible for designing and developing batch/ETL interfaces using a proprietary metadata-driven approach as part of the LIBRA Interface Team. The candidate will also be responsible for maintenance and support of existing interface processes, including investigation of issues and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in Oracle Exadata, SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience implementing ETL solutions for large volumes of data using data warehouse modeling techniques like Star Schema, Data partitioning, Data compression, Direct path loads, etc.
• 2-3 years’ experience in SQL Performance tuning with tools like EXPLAIN PLAN, SQL*TRACE, TKPROF, AUTOTRACE, and AWR Reports
• Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills
• Experience working in regulatory projects

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in Containers
• Knowledge about Python and Apache Airflow
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining data lineage to facilitate end-to-end traceability when changes to the ETL occur
• Responsible for Liquidity report-specific derivations
• Perform application tuning and memory optimization
