Responsibilities : • Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions; • Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Department's Contract Manager throughout the PO term; • Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures; • Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively; • Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders.

    Must-have skills: Oracle, PL/SQL, oracle forms, transact SQL.
