Role Summary
The Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead will support the Oracle PPM Solution Architect and be responsible for leading the day-to-day functional delivery of the Oracle Project Portfolio Management workstream during assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
The role requires strong functional expertise across Oracle Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Financial Management, Resource Management and Project Performance Reporting. The Functional Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, client SMEs, integration teams, data migration teams, testing teams, and program leadership to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Cloud PPM capabilities.
This role is expected to remain engaged through Phase 1 MVP deployment and support subsequent rollout waves through governance, issue resolution, and enhancement coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Delivery Leadership
" Support the PPM Solution Architect in delivering Oracle Cloud PPM solution objectives.
" Lead the Oracle PPM functional workstream through all project phases.
" Coordinate functional consultants and offshore resources.
" Manage day-to-day functional execution activities.
" Track functional deliverables, dependencies, issues, and risks.
" Ensure alignment with overall ERP program governance.
" Support Assessment & Design by conducting requirements validation workshops, Review existing Oracle PPM configuration, Assess fit-gap opportunities.
" Lead configuration activities across Project Foundation, Project Financial Management including Billing, cost management etc., Resource Management covering Resource assignment and Resource allocation

Required Experience
Oracle Experience
" 8 12+ years Oracle ERP experience.
" 5+ years Oracle Cloud PPM experience.
" Multiple Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
" At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

Functional Expertise
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Resource Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Project Accounting, Project Profitability for Professional Services business processes

Industry Experience Preferred
Experience in Professional Services organizations, Technology services organizations along with Global multi-country deployments
