Immediate need for a talented Oracle CC&B-Customer Care & Billing / C2M-Customer to Meter. This is 06 months contract opportunity with a possible extension or hire and is located in California, PST hours(Remote).Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $110 - $130/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project functionality
• Communicate IT processes to the business clients and vendor partners
• Able to analyze and design solutions independently with minimal guidance as needed on the most complex projects.
• Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs of the clients in one or more business functional areas (may include external entities).
• Anticipate client concerns and questions, and provide proactive, timely and professional client-focused communications.
• Define and document business requirements for complex projects.
• Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to complex business problems.
• Identify, propose, and influence IT solutions to complex business problems; negotiate requirements and deliverables with multiple business clients.
• Provide expert consulting in information technology to the client to identify and satisfy the business needs.
• Create and review design and technical specification documents for alignment with business solution.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge and technical competence for Oracle and other applications in scope for the Billing Modernization program.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must haves; 7 years of experience with CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), or similar Oracle platform (such as C2M- Customer to Meter)
• Experience with Oracle applications in scope of the Billing Modernization program
• Must be comfortable with occasional travel/workshops at business locations, such as Stockton, CA or San Ramon, CA
• Experience with Business analysis or project management, testing, software development, SOX compliance, regulatory compliance is good to have
• Certifications like CCBA-certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification, CBAP-Certified Business Analysis Professional certification or CC&B Specialist certification good to have not mandatory
