Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ADW & Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Administrator to support a large-scale Oracle HCM analytics environment. This role will focus on the administration, support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational management of Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM data flows, managing Oracle analytics environments, troubleshooting integrations, administering security and user access, monitoring data loads, and ensuring the stability and availability of critical enterprise platforms.
This is not a reporting, dashboard development, or business intelligence development role. The primary focus is platform administration, production support, integration troubleshooting, and environment management.

Position Overview

Oracle ADW Administration
- Administer and support Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) environments.
- Manage environment refreshes and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Perform user provisioning, role assignments, and access administration.
- Support security management and governance activities.
- Monitor environment health, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot environment-related issues and connectivity problems.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Administer and support Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) environments.
- Monitor scheduled loads, refreshes, and data processing activities.
- Troubleshoot load failures and data synchronization issues.
- Provide configuration support within FDI.
- Support end users and investigate platform-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Support end-to-end data flows between Oracle HCM, ADW, and FDI.
- Troubleshoot connector failures, integration issues, and data movement problems.
- Validate data loads and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Monitor integrations and proactively identify issues.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data-related challenges.
- Provide production support for critical Oracle analytics environments.
- Respond to incidents, outages, and platform-related support requests.
- Support user access management and security administration.
- Document configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in ongoing platform improvement initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle technologies in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
- Experience troubleshooting Oracle HCM ADW FDI data flows.
- Experience managing environment refreshes and operational support activities.
- Experience with user provisioning, access management, and security administration.
- Experience monitoring data loads and refresh cycles.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, connectors, and data movement issues.
- Experience providing platform and end-user support.
- Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, integrations, and data flow concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience creating or modifying Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
- Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud environments.
- Experience supporting production systems with complex integrations.
