JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEUnder the supervision of the Physical Therapist, administers physical therapy services and performs related duties. The main goal is return to function and community activities.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license required.Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
