    Job Requirements
    Education Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia

    Certifications Requirements:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certified
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of OR Circulating Nurse experience in a hospital setting
    • Orthopedic experience is required

    Other Requirements:

    • GA RN license
    • Ability to work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM
    • Strong knowledge of surgical protocols and procedures
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
    • Provide support to the Scrub Nurse and surgeons during orthopedic procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
    • Monitor patient safety and comfort during surgeries, intervening when necessary in times of emergencies or complications.
    • Document surgical procedures accurately and update patient records in accordance with hospital protocols.
    • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth workflow throughout the surgical process.
