Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a OR Booking Clerk.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking daily surgical bookings in a professional and timely manner. Communicates with Medical Director and Nurse Managers on any information pertinent to the daily function of the Operating Room. Performs all computer related functions. Dotted Line:

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or GED. Strong communication (both written and oral), detail orientation, resourceful, multitasking skills and customer service. . Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 - 2 years Receptionist, secretary, customer service or clerical experience. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $52,243.27 - $52,243.27 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
