We are seeking an engaged and visible OR Assistant Nurse Manager for a hospital in the Sacramento Area. This permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee the main OR .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the periop department.
Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all perioperative areas.
Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Registered Nurse with an active CA RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Minimum of 2 years of staff Operating Room experience and 1 year of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of unions and regulatory requirements
