Optometric Technician - New Albany, Ohio

Step into a welcoming, team-based environment where you'll work alongside 3 doctors, 4 skilled technicians, 5 opticians, and 2 front desk professionals. This private practice provides exceptional patient care while supporting its staff with great benefits and a fun, fast-paced workplace!

Location: In-person
Pay: $17- $21 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (No weekends!)
Hours: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

• Support doctors by preparing patients and pretesting
• Conduct 8-10 patient briefings daily
• Use state-of-the-art optometric diagnostic equipment
• Maintain accurate records with Crystal PM EHR
• Deliver a friendly, positive patient experience in every interaction
• Collaborate with a passionate, experienced team

Who You Are:

• Optometric or Ophthalmic Technician experience is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and work in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented and team-spirited
