    Description

    What You’ll Do

    Patient Care and Eyewear Selection

    • Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses that align with their prescription, lifestyle, and preferences
    • Clearly explain doctor recommendations and lens options, including features and benefits
    • Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage

    Order Processing and Follow-Up

    • Accurately enter and manage spectacle orders
    • Verify insurance eligibility and calculate patient co-pays
    • Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery
    • Notify patients when orders are ready and coordinate dispensing
    • Conduct follow-up outreach to ensure patient satisfaction and successful adaptation

    Adjustments and Troubleshooting

    • Perform fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs
    • Address and resolve patient concerns related to eyewear

    Operations and Merchandising

    • Maintain accurate inventory of frames, lenses, and optical supplies
    • Create and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
    • Support efficient patient flow and communicate delays when necessary

    Team Support

    • Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
    • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the practice
