Compensation & Work Options

Pay: $20–$24/hour | Weekend shift differential: 12% | Schedule: Multiple shifts available | Location: Boulder, CO

How You’ll Contribute

You’ll navigate the full optical fabrication workflow:

• Prepare and process parts through beveling, blocking, edging, milling, sawing, and grinding.
• Set up and run equipment to maintain tolerances up to .001".
• Clean, inspect, and document quality at every step.
• Read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions without missing a step.
• Measure accurately using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and microscopes.
• Assist with general production tasks to meet goals and timelines.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail paired with solid math capability.
• Ability to follow written instructions; effective working independently and with a team.
