Job Description

We are seeking an Ops Specialist - Project Analyst - Funds Transfer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in funds transfer operations, user acceptance testing, and project coordination, and a proven ability to support end-to-end project execution across requirements, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare test cases, execute user testing, and ensure test scripts are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Identify, document, escalate, and track defects; partner with teams to validate fixes and retest.
• Support implementation activities and contribute to project reporting and status updates.
• Proactively work to resolve project challenges and remove blockers to drive progress.
• Represent Funds Transfer in cross-functional initiatives when needed.
• Demonstrate effective collaboration, professional communication, and strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with the project life cycle and user testing practices; funds transfer or payments experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with defect management and test management tools.
• Background in banking operations, payments, or funds transfer systems.

Work Schedule & Terms:

• Hybrid preferred in Jersey City, NJ. Work from home is acceptable.
• Expected weekly hours: 35, with possible overtime.
• Contract-only assignment. Team may consider active consultants for future FTE openings.
