SALARY RANGE
$20.00 Hourly
Work Schedule
This position is not eligible for telework.
The position will not exceed a 24-hour workweek schedule.
Shifts are 8-hour weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
Day shift: 1st shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
Evening shift: 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
Night shift: (10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.)
Holiday work may be required based on operational needs.
Remaining on duty at the end of the shift is required until proper staffing is in place for the next shift.
Position Summary
This position primarily provides direct support and services to residents with developmental disabilities while maintaining their overall safety and well-being. This position may be required to perform essential services before, during, and after an emergency

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Background Screening Requirement
It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.
