    OPS Lab Assistant

    Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges (2025), one of the Nation's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For (2025), and a Great Colleges to Work For (2025), is excited to announce part-time opportunities for the position of OPS Lab Assistant with the Division of Science and Math.

    We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community.

    What You'll Do

    Day to day responsibilities will include:

    • Setting up labs according to the lab set up manuals

    • Restocking labs while the weekly sequence of lab sections are running

    • Clearing away labs when the sequence of lab sections is over

    This may involve:

    • Moving equipment and reagents

    • Handling hazardous waste

    • Making solutions

    • Microbiological procedures

    Work Schedule

    25 hours per week, peak times will be Mondays and Fridays
