| Job Description: | - Greet and welcome guests to the museum.
- Interact with all visitors and staff of the museum in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and provide general and directional information to guests.
- Perform routine patrol of galleries and public spaces.
- Monitor guest compliance with museum policies and report non-compliance through verbal and written communication.
- Provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis.
- Provide escorts as needed to secure areas within the museum.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, chairs, and tables for museum activities and events.
- Practice de-escalation techniques when dealing with aggressive or disruptive behavior.
- Professionalism, reliability, dependability and adherence to schedules are required.
- Other duties as assigned.

| Expected Salary: | $15 per hour |

| Required Qualifications: | Flexibility for varied schedules to include nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the museum. |

| Preferred: | - Previous experience in a security and/or customer service role
- Ability to work as part of a team and project a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working and communicating with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of basic first aid, or CPR/First Aid/AED certification a plus
