Duties and Responsibilities
This advertisement announces temporary Other Personnel Services (OPS) opportunities within the agency. The position provides operational and clerical support for the Division of Motorist Services, with responsibilities that may include daily mail distribution, answering phone calls, filing office documents, greeting customers, and reviewing information for compliance. Additional duties may involve typing, filing, and scanning business documents; using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare correspondence, create emails, and compile information; providing administrative support to the Tax Collector Support Program; and utilizing agency systems to help maintain system access integrity for the program.
