Production Associates support manufacturing operations in paint, injection molding, and assembly areas. Responsibilities include preparing, assembling, inspecting, and finishing parts to meet quality and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components per instructions
- Prepare and inspect injection molded parts for painting
- Load/unload parts from conveyors and racks
- Identify and rework defects; polish as needed
- Maintain accurate records for defects, scrap, and production
- Operate basic tools and perform minor equipment checks
- Follow material handling and waste management procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S/6S principles)
- Participate in safety processes and meetings
- Work at required pace to meet production targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Team-oriented and good communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Finger dexterity, close work, good vision and hearing
- Ability to work at required pace and perform repetitive tasks
