Opir Scientist

Radiance Technologies is seeking a PIR Engineer/Scientist in the Beavercreek, OH area. The chosen candidate will provide support for intelligence production analysts at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This support will include routine and advanced exploration of PIR processed data as well as the leveraging of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and MASINT data sources as needed to achieve customer needs. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work side-by-side with clients, scientists, and engineers and is not afraid to analyze, improve, and deploy scientific algorithms as well as helping to generate all-source intelligence reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Desire to learn technical details of the analysis process and the ability to apply new scientific methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field (Electrical/Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, Remote Sensing, or other relevant technical field)
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Experience

• Experience with Python, Matlab, C++, and/or other programming languages.
• Experience in defense research industries analysis
• Experience and proficiency using classified and unclassified research techniques
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
