Description

Piper Companies is seeking an Ophthalmology Clinical Research Associate to join a leading organization in the clinical research industry. The Ophthalmology Clinical Research Associate role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting ophthalmic clinical trials and ensuring compliance across study activities.

Responsibilities of the Ophthalmology Clinical Research Associate:

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ophthalmology clinical trials across multiple study sites.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for study teams, sites, and sponsors to ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure trial activities adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and study protocols.
  • Track study timelines, patient enrollment, and data quality while identifying and addressing risks.
  • Assist with site initiation, monitoring visits, and closeout activities.

Requirements of the Ophthalmology Clinical Research Associate:

  • 2+ years of clinical research experience with exposure to site or sponsor-side trial support.
  • Ability to travel to sites 8-10 days on site per month
  • 2+ years of onsite monitoring experience
  • Experience with ophthalmology or ophthalmic studies
  • Working knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.

Compensation for the Ophthalmology Clinical Research Associate:

  • $90,000 - $140,000 base salary , Depending on Experience and Level
  • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
